Answers to questions asked of the experts are reviewed by three food safety experts before being sent to the question asker. This validation process will return answers to the person asking the question within five working days. If an answer is needed sooner, site visitors are encouraged to review the previously answered questions already on www.FoodSafetyAnswers.org.
